Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy and personal information will be fully respected and protected throughout your retreat experience.

Booking and Payment

• A deposit of £625 is required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is to be made no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date.

• Cancellations more than 12 weeks before arrival: Full refund of all payments, including the deposit.

• Cancellations made between 12 and 6 weeks before arrival: The £625 deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival: All payments are non-refundable at this stage.

• Payments may be made via: bank transfer, card payment, and PayPal.

• Life can be unpredictable, and in the unlikely event that I need to cancel your retreat, I reserve the right to do so or to

• reschedule for any reason. Should this occur, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to alternative available dates.

Health and Safety

• Failure to do so may affect your participation and safety.

• The retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. I am not a qualified medical practitioner, and all information provided during the retreat is offered as guidance only. You must use your discretion regarding your health and well-being.

• If I have any concerns regarding your mental or physical health during the retreat, I reserve the right to terminate your participation and request that you seek appropriate medical or psychological intervention.

• I reserve the right to make decisions regarding your safety and wellbeing.

• In such cases, no refund will be issued.

• Participants agree to follow all health and safety guidelines and instructions provided during the retreat.

• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a participant's behaviour or condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

Conduct

As the retreat takes place in my private home, guests are asked to treat the property with respect and care.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any property damage, whether accidental or intentional, and agree to cover repair or replacement costs.

Respectful behaviour towards Mark, myself, and the property is required. Disruptive or abusive behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

I reserve the right to ask you to leave my home at any time should your behaviour be inappropriate or compromise safety, comfort, or wellbeing, or cause damage to the property. This decision is at my sole discretion, my request is final, and no refund will be given.

Information

The retreat price does not include travel expenses, personal purchases, or drinks and meals taken outside the scheduled program. Any additional add-ons or excursions will be discussed and arranged separately.

Health Information

To provide the best care and support during your retreat, please inform me of any medical conditions, medications, or health concerns before your arrival. This information will be kept confidential and will help me tailor your experience safely.

Please note: Mark, as a man, will also be present in the background throughout the retreat. This is his home, and I ask that you come with an open heart and feel comfortable with the presence of divine male energy during your stay.

Dietary Requirements

I am happy to accommodate dietary preferences or requirements where possible—just let me know in advance. Unfortunately, I'm unable to cater to specific dietary allergies.

Liability

Participants attend the retreat at their own risk. I and the venue accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.

Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel, health, and personal insurance.

I cannot be held responsible for any changes beyond my control, including travel delays or cancellations.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected will be used solely for retreat-related purposes and handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data will be stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil booking and legal obligations.

You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting me.

Photography and Media

Photos or recordings may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. Participants will be informed in advance and may opt out if they prefer.

By booking, you consent to the use of images or recordings unless you expressly opt out.
