Session and Mentorship Terms and Conditions

The information and guidance provided during your appointment are intended for informational and spiritual support purposes only. I am not a medical professional and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing shared during your session is intended to replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. You should always seek the advice of your physician or other licensed health professional regarding any medical condition or treatment.

You agree not to disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on any information, insights, or discussions that occur during your spiritual healing session. I do not have prior knowledge of the content of any conversation during your session, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that you are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually prepared to engage in this process.

All spiritual healing services and information are offered as a supportive and intuitive process, recognising that individual experiences and outcomes may vary. No specific results or guarantees are promised or implied. We are all on an individual journey and must therefore take personal responsibility for our wellbeing.

I expressly disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the information or services provided.

Reservation of Right to Cancel

I reserve the right to cancel any appointment or booking at my sole discretion, without the obligation to provide any explanation. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any prepaid fees for the cancelled appointment will be refunded.

Statements and testimonials on this website are provided with the permission of the client. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

Appointments

All appointments are online via Zoom. Please ensure you have a good internet connection; you have downloaded the current version of Zoom BEFORE the start of your session so that that your appointment will run on time.

Due to the high demand for my appointments, I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following requirements:

• All appointments are non-refundable.

• Appointments are confirmed by email. You shall also receive a reminder email the day before your scheduled session.

• I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Please follow the instructions provided in your session confirmation email to make any changes. Failure to provide the required notice will result in no entitlement to a refund.

• Sessions begin promptly. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it will be classed as a missed appointment and no refunds will be offered.

• If for any reason you do not attend your appointment you will not be entitled to a refund.

Sometimes life happens and I may not be able to make our healing appointment. If this unavoidable situation should arise, I reserve the right to cancel or amend the time or date of any appointment. I will, where possible, offer you an alternative time and date or offer you a full refund.

RECORDINGS

It is your responsibility to save and securely store any recordings from your appointment. All recordings are automatically deleted within 48 hours of your healing session, and I am unable to retrieve them once they have been deleted.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Your appointment is with Tina Slade Expansion. I do not give permission, nor do I consent, to any part of the contents of our time together-including my channellings, thoughts, beliefs, or any aspect of my work-being shared publicly, on social media, or reproduced in any format. Such a disclosure would be a direct violation of trust and my personal sovereignty.

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. Any unauthorized sharing or disclosure of session content is prohibited. I reserve the right to seek legal advice and pursue appropriate legal action should I believe that any part of our sessions has been disclosed or used in violation of these terms.

By attending appointments, you acknowledge and agree to respect this confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement in full.

Confidentiality of Client Information

Information disclosed during your appointment is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances, including with the client’s written permission. Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance and is rigorously always maintained.

Use of Channeled Information

During our time together, there may be insights or messages channeled that could assist others on their Awakening journey. By booking your appointment, you grant permission for me to share this information while maintaining your anonymity, integrity, and professional standards.

Mentorship

As the Mentor I will provide guidance but the mentee is ultimately responsible for their own decisions and actions.

There is no opportunity to delay any week of the mentorship without prior approval and subject to my availability. The Mentorship must run without breaks or interruptions. No mentorship may be postponed for more than one week. Any delay exceeding one week will result in the mentorship being considered terminated at your request, and all monies paid will be non-refundable.

If the mentee elects to discontinue the mentorship program prior to its completion, all fees paid are non-refundable.

As the mentee, you are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and spiritual readiness to engage in the mentorship. It is not my responsibility to assess your suitability for this deep soul work.

In the mentorship, we build a strong bond based on trust and mutual respect. My role is that of a facilitator, and I can support you only within the framework of the Mentorship program.

Communication Boundaries

It is not acceptable to contact me outside the agreed mentorship sessions unless explicit permission has been granted. Any attempt to bypass this boundary may jeopardise the goodwill and integrity of the mentorship relationship. Should this boundary be overstepped, I reserve the right to terminate the mentorship immediately, with no explanation and no entitlement to a refund.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you choose to discontinue your mentorship; you will not be entitled to any refund. By making payment, you agree to fully commit to the mentorship program.

All other terms and conditions not explicitly stated herein shall be governed by and fall in alignment with the Terms and Conditions of TinaSladeExpansion.com.

By booking, completing payment, and attending your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer in full.

Ownership, Intellectual Property, and Media Release Agreement

1. Ownership of Offerings
   All offerings, including but not limited to audio recordings, videos, written materials, digital content, and any other intellectual property (collectively, the "Offerings"), remain the sole and exclusive property of Tina Slade Expansion. These Offerings are protected under applicable copyright laws, Community Policies, Terms & Conditions, and Intellectual Property rights. By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or otherwise using any Offerings, you expressly agree to respect and uphold Tina Slade Expansion’s ownership rights and agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Offerings without prior written consent.

2. Consent to Audio and Visual Recording and Use
   By participating in the Tina Slade Expansion community, programs, or sessions, you hereby grant Tina Slade Expansion, its agents, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right and license to:
   a. Record your image, likeness, voice, photographs, written content, and any other contributions made during your participation by any means or technology now known or later developed.
   b. Use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, perform, and broadcast such recordings or content in any media format or platform, including but not limited to internet streaming, podcasts, social media, promotional materials, educational content, and marketing campaigns.
   c. Combine your recordings or content with other materials or media for any lawful purpose.
   d. Assign, transfer, or license these rights to third parties at Tina Slade Expansion’s sole discretion.

3. Waiver of Compensation and Assignment of Rights
   You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any monetary compensation or other remuneration now or in the future for the use of your image, voice, likeness, or content as described herein. You hereby irrevocably assign and transfer to Tina Slade Expansion any and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights you may hold in any recordings or materials created under this agreement.

4. Release of Claims
   You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Tina Slade Expansion, its officers, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of your image, voice, likeness, or content, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or publicity rights, or any other cause of action.

5. Acknowledgement and Agreement
   By downloading, purchasing, booking, or participating in any Tina Slade Expansion offerings or community activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Ownership, Intellectual Property, and Media Release Agreement in full.

Membership Programs

Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or participating in any Tina Slade Expansion membership or mentorship program (“Program”), you (“Member” or “Mentee”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or participate.

Membership and Mentorship Description

The Program provides access to spiritual mentorship, educational content, community support, and related services as described at the point of subscription. All offerings remain the exclusive property of Tina Slade Expansion.

Payment and Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance on the date of subscription and will recur automatically each month until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorize Tina Slade Expansion to charge your payment method for all recurring fees.

All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

In the event of a failed or declined payment, Tina Slade Expansion reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership after reasonable notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership or mentorship by providing at least 30 days’ written notice via the designated cancellation process.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made thereafter.

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

The Program requires 100% commitment upon payment; discontinuation before completion does not entitle you to a refund.

Member/Mentee Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and spiritual readiness to engage in the Program. Tina Slade Expansion does not assess your suitability for deep soul work or provide medical or psychological advice.

You agree to communicate respectfully and only contact Tina Slade Expansion within the agreed framework. Contact outside scheduled sessions is not permitted without explicit permission. Breaching this boundary may result in termination without refund.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal information and content shared during sessions are confidential and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).

Confidentiality may be breached only if legally required or where there is a risk of harm.

You are responsible for saving any recordings from sessions; recordings are deleted automatically within 48 hours and cannot be retrieved afterward.

Intellectual Property and Media Release

All Program materials remain the intellectual property of Tina Slade Expansion. You agree not to copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.

By participating, you grant Tina Slade Expansion the irrevocable, royalty-free right to record and use your image, voice, likeness, and content for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

You waive any rights to compensation for such use and release Tina Slade Expansion from all claims related to these rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Program with appropriate notice or immediately for breach of these Terms.

Termination by Tina Slade Expansion for breach or misconduct will result in no refund entitlement.

Limitation of Liability

Tina Slade Expansion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

The Program is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

Amendments

Tina Slade Expansion reserves the right to amend these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice.

Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

By subscribing or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
